Returns policy

At Dialed, we’re committed to delivering top quality products every time. Because our drinks are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dialed@dialed.uk with your order number and photos of your issue.

We’ll gladly arrange a free replacement or refund any affected items - whichever you prefer.
