Product descriptions, images and packaging are provided for information purposes only and may vary slightly from the product received.


Dialed contains 80mg of caffeine per can.

Our products may not be suitable for:

  • pregnant or breastfeeding women

  • individuals sensitive to caffeine

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided.

If your order does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery.

However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, beverages may only be returned if:

 

  • the product is unopened

  • the product is unused

  • it is returned in its original packaging

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products

 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • photographs of the damage

  • the batch code or packaging

 

We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
